Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the In-Tune mobile application, developed and published by Jazagora, handles information when you use the tuner and tone generator.
In-Tune processes microphone audio only on your device. Audio is not recorded, stored, transmitted to Jazagora, or shared with third parties.
1. Microphone access
In-Tune requests access to the device microphone to detect pitch, identify musical notes, calculate tuning deviation in cents, and display a real-time waveform. Access begins only after you grant the Android microphone permission and is used only while the relevant app function is active.
2. On-device processing
Microphone samples are analysed temporarily in the device memory. They are discarded as the live analysis proceeds. In-Tune does not create audio recordings, upload microphone samples, or maintain an audio history.
3. Information we do not collect
The current version of In-Tune does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party data collection SDKs. It does not collect or share personal data through the app.
4. Tone generator
The tone generator creates sound locally through the device speaker using the frequency and waveform selected by you. The generated sound is not transmitted or stored.
5. Support communications
If you contact Jazagora for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, device model, or diagnostic details. We use it only to answer your request, maintain service security, and resolve technical issues. Support communications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary, normally no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. External services
Downloading and using In-Tune may involve services supplied independently by Google, Android, your device manufacturer, or your app store. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms. Selecting a legal or support link in In-Tune opens your device browser.
7. Children
In-Tune is a general-purpose musical utility and is not specifically directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices and rights
You can deny or withdraw microphone permission at any time in Android settings. Without microphone permission, live tuning cannot operate, but the permission can be enabled again later. Where applicable, you may also exercise your data-protection rights regarding information contained in support communications by contacting Jazagora.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when In-Tune changes or when legal and store requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. If a future version introduces analytics, advertising, cloud processing, or other data handling, this policy and the app-store Data safety declaration will be updated before release.
